Responsibilities

• As a Manager / Architect for Engineering, you will lead an engineering team that owns end-to-end a domain within our product suite, building features and capabilities that directly impact revenue outcomes for hotels worldwide
• This is a high-impact role that requires you to combine strong technical depth with people management excellence, while actively shaping how your team works in an era where software engineering itself is rapidly evolving
• Lead, coach, and mentor your team members, building a culture of technical excellence and long-term career growth
