About The Role

The Business Analytics Channels & Servicing Team partners with stakeholders in channel management and transformation to deliver a comprehensive view of customer sales and service touchpoints across all channels. Our goal is to understand how interactions throughout key journeys—such as onboarding and investment management—impact overall customer experience, retention, and cross‑channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and manage projects through the full lifecycle, delivering analytical outputs such as dashboards, case studies, and models.
  • Work with business partners to understand their problems, create analytics solutions, and present findings.
