Overview

Canada Fraud Management is an enterprise‑level team within TD Bank Group’s Financial Crimes Prevention and Operations, providing first‑line fraud defense and protection coverage for Canadian customers, shareholders and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and weekly fraud loss reporting and portfolio insights, including quality assurance oversight and guidance to senior business insights & analysis team members across all Canadian banking and securities portfolios.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across CFM Performance Management and Operations, FCPO Partner Integration, FCPO Data Strategy, enterprise risk, control and finance functions.
  • Manage automated reporting, dashboards and data pipelines using SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI, DSAP/Rahona and other analytic and business intelligence tools.
