Network Performance & Carrier Management

• Establish and manage performance frameworks across air carriers (service, cost, reliability)
• Drive active performance management, including KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Support structured carrier engagement with fact‑based insights (capacity, performance, cost drivers)
• Improve visibility and accountability across the network

Planning, Forecasting & Decision Support

• Develop robust forecasting and planning models to support network and capacity decisions
• Analyze volume flows, trade lanes, and cost/service trade‑offs
• Replace ad hoc or “napkin math” approaches with structured, repeatable analysis
