Overview
Geotab is seeking a Manager, Accounts Receivable who will lead a high-performing AR team, drive accuracy and efficiency across the full invoicing and collections cycle, and champion the integration of AI tools to scale team output without expanding headcount.
What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end AR operations — from invoicing and credit checks to collections and compliance — while empowering a capable team to execute at a high level.
- Set team objectives aligned with the accounting department’s goals.
- Monitor invoice processing, ensure timely payment collection, conduct credit checks, and negotiate with clients in non-payment situations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports; maintain organized records of invoices and deposits.
