Manager, Accounts Payable – Finance
Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team responsible for the financial administration of TTC’s $2B+ third‑party spend portfolio.
Principal Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership, management, and oversight of the AP team.
- Monitor and evaluate AP service performance through KPIs, management reports, and qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Act as the key vendor contact, proactively identify, escalates and resolve major vendor issues with TTC departments.
- Supervise AP staff during the year‑end financial close and manage the systems administration of the main AP system and its interfaces.
- Develop and continuously improve policies, processes, and controls to ensure payment accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contracts and regulations.
