Workato is seeking a highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and process‑driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing Finance team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor invoices and payments while delivering high service to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable Operations & Team Management
- Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable operations including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment processing across multiple entities.
- Supervise, mentor, and support the AP Specialist ensuring high‑quality execution, accountability, and adherence to policies.
- Ensure invoices and payment requests are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies, approval workflows, and internal controls.
