Manager, Accounting Services

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete accounting cycle for multiple client engagements
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes across assigned clients
• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements for all client entities
• Manage, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships

Requirements

• 4–5 years of relevant experience within an accounting/audit firm
• Strong command of accounting standards, financial reporting, and taxation
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and client management skills
