About the role
The CASA Account Executives team is at the heart of Uber Direct’s growth, building strong partnerships with key clients across the region. As Manager, you’ll lead a regional team that drives high‑impact deals, expands relationships, and accelerates Uber Direct’s presence in multiple countries.
This role is a mix of strategy and execution: you’ll shape the vision, coach and inspire your team, and work closely with cross‑functional partners to bring bold ideas to life and scale the business.
What you’ll do
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Executives across CASA countries.
- Design and roll out commercial strategies that unlock new growth opportunities.
- Drive results by meeting and exceeding revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
