- Lead the A2R team on month‑end close activities
- Review and approve Balance Sheet reconciliations and Manual Journals in Blackline
- Handle reconciliation issues and resolutions independently, increasing operational complexity and ownership
- Drive process improvement opportunities across the team, focusing on continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other finance and non‑finance teams, as well as external providers, maintaining and updating shared processes, tools, and reporting activities
- Ensure adherence of processes to company policies and procedures, internal and external audit requirements and local rules and regulations
