Responsibilities
- Manage company's social media community daily. Develop and execute strategies to enhance user engagement and community impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, especially with key contributors.
- Regularly organize online/offline events to prompt members to create quality content and boost engagement.
- Collect user feedback and analyze data regularly, to provide optimization suggestions for brand development.
- Handle other Marketing admin tasks as required.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media, community, or app operations.
- Experience in online/offline events, user content, e-commerce/app conversion, and KOL work is preferred.
