Management Trainee

• Assist in overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Support store/department managers in planning and executing business strategies
• Supervise and coordinate team members to meet performance targets
• Analyze sales, customer service, and operational data to improve performance
• Participate in training programs to develop leadership and management skills
