Management Trainee Programme (Engineering)

Location: East
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to $4400

• Participate in a structured 2-year engineering development program.
• Assist with lift and escalator installation, testing, servicing, and project activities.
• Attend technical training and complete assigned development milestones.
• Support engineers with field operations and project execution.
• Prepare for progression into technical roles such as Installation, Testing, Project, Service, or Site Engineer.

• Willing to wear PPE and handle tools and equipment.
• Outspoken, proactive, and confident in sharing ideas.
• Willing to undergo structured training and field assignments.
• No experience required as on job training provided.
