Responsibilities
The Management Trainee is responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch and catering to the needs of our customers, loan consultants and borrowers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate of any four-year business course
- With at least two (2) years of work experience in sales, marketing, or branch operations
- Work experience in a bank, financing or car industry is an advantage
- Must have at least six (6) months of supervisory or managerial experience
- Required skills: leadership, problem‑solving, critical thinking, negotiating, presentation, communication, networking, and interpersonal
- A strategist, goal‑oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, and analytical
- Customer‑service oriented
- Has the ability to handle challenging situations
- Willing to accept branch re‑assignment
