Position Summary
BCS Management Information Systems (MIS) provides first level end point (laptop and workstation) support and technical assistance for all users. The intern will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, installation and repairs of computer hardware and diagnosis of software issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first level troubleshooting and maintenance of end point (laptop and workstation)
- Install and set up of new end point (laptop and workstation)
- Administer user account which includes account creation, deletion and unlocking in the windows active directory
- Work with users on laptop and workstation handover
- Participate in any project work and process improvements
