A professional with key responsibilities to assist the Manager in business planning, contract and customer management and corporate functions, to support business operations in fulfilling contract deliveries.
Job Responsibilities- Support contract management and review of performance management frameworks
- Support business units to improve service delivery through business process re-engineering or other industry best practices
- Collate data on services performance and prepare management reporting
- Work with business units and customers in managing changes in work scope, delivery timeline or pricing
- Perform service billing and customer account reconciliation
- Participate in internal and external audits and undertake follow-up actions with the business units
