The MDP is a 12‑month on‑property paid training and development program. The program path consists of 80% work experience and 20% professional development. The program is broken into two main phases: Phase 1 – Mastering Service & Department Knowledge and Phase 2 – Management Essentials, Leadership & Soft Skills Development.
