Management Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated Management Associate to work directly with the director and gain hands‑on exposure across our Design, Print, and Events businesses.

• Shadow the director in client meetings, sales presentations, and business discussions.
• Assist with proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support project execution across design, print, and event projects.
• Manage client communications and account servicing.
• Learn and contribute to business development and sales activities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to take initiative.
