Management and Program Analyst

Summary About the Position: Serves as a Senior Management and Program Analyst, providing strategic resource management of one or more diverse portfolios for the United States Africa Command (USAFRICOM). Responsibilities You will oversee program managers in the development of cost, schedule, and performance factors for use in justifying, defending and allocating resources, including advocating for capabilities and resources on behalf of HQ USAFRICOM. You will serve as the focal point for assigned portfolio management functions for USAFRICOM. You will advise the Command’s leadership and principal staff on advocacy positions, resource planning, programming policies, and procedures to optimize the use of resources.
