Management Analyst

Summary The position serves as a Management Analyst in the Office of the Director. Develops recommendations for program officials and supervisors and strives to have viable recommendations accepted by operating components. Recommendations include development of new or modified work methods, procedural changes, systems variations, and acceptance of new technology developments. Responsibilities In the position, the duties include but are not limited to: Develops recommendations for improvements in administrative operations and to promote efficiency and cost savings. Provides higher management with reports, evaluated information, budgetary proposals, and similar products necessary for effective direction of administrative operations.Handles correspondence and is privy to sensitive employee and labor relations issues such as local negotiations, grievance responses, and disciplinary/performance action drafts and files.
