Management Analyst 3

Purpose

Design, develop, and manage the financial reporting system for the Facilities Management Division (FMD). Tasks include analyzing and interpreting financial reports, providing strategic advice, administrative support on special projects, and collaborating with the Business Operations and Facilities Management Division team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two years of experience analyzing financial data and implementing technical reports. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience interpreting financial documents and/or statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); GASB; and federal laws, regulations, and policies.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office including Excel sufficient to create and run reports and prepare ad hoc reports.
