Managed Svcs Network & Security Engineer

We’re looking for a Network & Security Engineer to join an international environment where you’ll help operate, support, and improve enterprise‑grade network and security systems.

What You’ll Do

• Support the operation and monitoring of enterprise-grade network and security infrastructures, helping ensure high availability and performance
• Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents (L2/L3), including high‑priority (P1) issues
• Take part in a 24x7 on‑call rotation, providing out-of-hours support when needed
• Carry out regular maintenance activities such as firmware upgrades, configuration changes, and migrations
• Work closely with global teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and plan upcoming changes
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including procedures and post‑mortem reports
