Managed Service Engineer for ICT networks

From the candidates it is expected that they:

• are people with mostly coordination abilities and a broad technical knowledge
• can work in a first-line helpdesk situation
• can work in a system with shifts and/or on call
• are capable to create professional reports and presentations
• can put the impression on quality rather than speed
• are stress-resistant and are capable to work with people from another team (the customer)
• are preferably multilingual

Candidates usually work together in longterm agreements with the customer.
