Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and other relevant software/applications.
• Good leadership skills and personnel administrative management skills.
• Background in training and development, customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work with flexible schedule.
• Experience as Supervisor specializing in Mall Operations, Store Operations, Property/Real Estate or equivalent is definitely an advantage.
• Must be willing to travel and visit CityMall sites nationwide.

Responsibilities

Assist the Area Manager in:

• Preparing a Building Equipment Profile complete with nameplate data, nameplate picture, photo of equipment, using the standard format (Building Equipment Profile Form).
