Mall MEP & Facilities Operations Lead

SM Supermalls is seeking a facilities supervisor to oversee the mall's MEPFS equipment operations, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient utilities that support daily activity and safety. You will plan, schedule, and implement repairs, maintenance, and replacements of critical systems to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a professional license, plus supervisory experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and high-rise
