Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Mall Manager to oversee the strategic and operational performance of our Manila cluster, comprising XentroMall San Andres, XentroMall Sta. Ana, Pamilihang Bayan ng Trabaho, and Pamilihang Bayan ng Sampaloc . The Mall Manager serves as the primary leader for these locations, ensuring operational excellence, high occupancy rates, and a superior customer experience while maintaining the companys standards for profitability and safety.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence & Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of all four facilities, ensuring that maintenance, cleanliness, and infrastructure standards are consistently met.
- Financial & Performance Oversight: Manage the cluster’s Profit & Loss (P&L), drive revenue growth, manage operating expenses, and ensure income targets are met in alignment with management directives.
