Malaysia Production Material Planner - JB Based

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute material planning strategies based on customer forecasts, purchase orders, and demand requirements to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate procurement of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and outsourced components while monitoring inventory and supply status.
• Track material arrivals and supplier delivery schedules to ensure timely availability for production.
• Create and maintain master production schedules (MPS) and detailed manufacturing plans according to customer demand and production priorities.
• Conduct capacity planning and resource allocation, balancing manpower, machine utilization, materials, and production capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to align supply with customer requirements.
