We are looking for a Maître d’ & Lead Sommelier to enhance Cape Cliff’s wine identity and service flow. This role is ideal for someone eager to mentor, foster hospitality culture, and deliver exceptional wine service. You will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, curating a wine list that excites and educates both guests and staff.
