Maintenance Worker (80 hours bi-weekly)
Position Scope:
The Maintenance Person works under the direction of the Director of Support Services. Maintenance staff are responsible for the overall maintenance and appearance of the facility. Demonstrates knowledge of and conducts their work in accordance with Wynn Park Villa’s mission, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the maintenance procedures are performed according to the facilities policies and procedures.
Daily inspection of all mechanical rooms.
Check maintenance requests on computer and complete as necessary.
Maintaining equipment.
In the spring, summer and fall, keep area around the building neat and tidy especially the areas around the garbage containers.
Ensures the lawns are mowed to proper heights, keep all edges trimmed, all plants and flowers are watered and weed flower beds as needed.
