Maintenance Technician

Role Description

Reporting to the Community Manager, the Maintenance Technician will oversee and initiate maintenance and general repairs for the community and fulfil responsibilities to residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens and landscaped areas during the summer months.
• Conduct regular swimming pool testing during the summer.
• Perform workshop upkeep and preventative maintenance during the winter season.
• Complete grounds maintenance, including light snow removal as required.
• Assist with property improvements and special projects, as needed.
• Carry out grounds maintenance and landscaping across the property.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on all community buildings and equipment.
• Manage and maintain records related to septic system upkeep.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Community Manager.
• Maintain and clean work areas, tools, and equipment.
