We are partnered up with a leading property management, development, and investment company that focuses on building communities that are connected, promoting friendly, social opportunities, and a sustainable environment. This position will be located in North Vancouver. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and functional facility for the tenants and the people in it.
Compensation

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
- Conduct daily preventative rounds to ensure fire, life, and internal/external building systems are operational.
