Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers and vendors.
Responsive to customer's needs and requests in a timely manner.
Must be able to perform basic maintenance functions for customers and building.
Must be able to coordinate maintenance services with vendors on behalf of customers.
Proactively perform property inspections and drop‐ins; communicate any issues to RECX team.
Report safety issues immediately and recommend solutions to customers, vendors, or RECX team.
Ensure safe and proper storage of all supplies, chemicals, tools, and equipment.
Ensure tools and equipment are in optimum condition.
Assist in inspecting, monitoring and documenting all work being performed by outside contractors.
