Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on building equipment, including HVAC systems and production machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as needed.
- Monitor gauges, recording instruments, and flow meters to ensure specified conditions are maintained.
- Observe work areas to detect leaks, equipment malfunctions, or other operational issues.
- Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program, updating software and records daily.
- Perform daily checks on production scales, forklifts, and other essential equipment.
