• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of building facilities including HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, electrical systems, generators, lighting, and related equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning and compliance of all facility‑related systems.
