The Roving Maintenance Technician plays a very important role in the organization by providing excellent resident services in addition to performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. The role supports and aids the Community Manager in all phases of the overall physical maintenance of an income‑producing property, including but not limited to general maintenance, expense control, and adherence to preventive maintenance programs and required state and federal safety programs.
