Job Purpose

Franchise Management Inc. (FMI) is looking to hire an individual who lives by our corporate values of Heart, Integrity and Drive to fill the position of Maintenance Technician . This role involves performing general maintenance and repair for our restaurants, including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC preventive maintenance, gas and electrical maintenance, basic mechanical system repairs, and daily commuting to various locations.

What you will do

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Carry out plumbing maintenance tasks and workplace inspections to determine maintenance or repair needs.
• Ensure timely completion of required maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces as required.
