- Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks (painting, basic plumbing, lightbulb changes, furniture assembly, etc.)
- Support planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive workorders as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Assist with inspections of equipment, fixtures, and building systems to identify issues early
- Help with room and facility setups for meetings, events, or club functions
