Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician maintains and improves production equipment in a beverage filling and packaging facility by performing preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. This role supports a structured preventive maintenance program, reduces unplanned downtime, and keeps high-speed packaging lines running at optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Follow and help develop a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all plant equipment to minimize breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Perform scheduled weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance tasks on production machinery and support systems.
• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain machinery and components to ensure reliable operation and compliance with plant standards.
