SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Technical Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, repair, and optimization of all building services, engineering systems, and technical infrastructure within a large hospitality and entertainment environment. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, compliance with statutory requirements, and minimizing downtime to ensure a safe, comfortable, and operationally efficient facility for guests and staff.
