Job Overview The Maintenance Team Leader (MTL) is responsible for supervising and directing a team of Operational and Trades staff, as well as coordinating contractors/sub‑contractors to deliver preventative and corrective maintenance, routine, and on‑demand services for various building systems.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Acts as Lead Hand for staff and provides maintenance and repair to buildings in assigned area
Leads a team of assigned staff
Assigns, prioritises and monitors work progress
Guides, coaches, and trains direct reports
Assists Facility Manager and other Operational staff as required
Provides input for performance reviews and setting of goals and objectives
Monitors assigned team members’ workloads, productivity, performance and ensures compliance with CBRE/AFSI policies (e.g. Fleet Policy, Pcard Policy and Expense etc)
Reviews, approves and provides recommendations regarding vacation/EDO...
