Job Overview
The Maintenance Team Leader (MTL) is responsible for supervising and directing a team of Operational and Trades staff, as well as coordinating contractors/sub‑contractors to deliver preventative and corrective maintenance, routine, and on‑demand services for various building systems.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Acts as Lead Hand for staff and provides maintenance and repair to buildings in assigned area
- Leads a team of assigned staff
- Assigns, prioritises and monitors work progress
- Guides, coaches, and trains direct reports
- Assists Facility Manager and other Operational staff as required
- Provides input for performance reviews and setting of goals and objectives
- Monitors assigned team members’ workloads, productivity, performance and ensures compliance with CBRE/AFSI policies (e.g. Fleet Policy, Pcard Policy and Expense etc)
