Maintenance Team Leader c£62,000 + overtime + bonus Gloucester MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader to join a state-of-the-art energy from waste power station. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to see all the stages of a new build through commissioning & operational start up. This role is a days-based position working a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for: Maintaining high standards of mechanical performance & plant availability. Lead & manage a team of maintenance technicians. Be technical lead for all mechanical maintenance activities. Deliver plant improvement initiatives. Co-ordinate preventative & reactive maintenance activities.
