What you'll be doing
- Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of the CHPP
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and operational procedures
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance plant performance
- Providing leadership and mentoring to the operations and maintenance teams
- Collaborating with other departments to optimise plant throughput and product quality
- Preparing and analysing key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on plant activities
