Our client, a well known sugar production plant, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Vancouver, BC
Pay Range: $105,000 – $125,000 annually + incentive plan + employee share purchase program

What’s the Job?

• Supervise and support maintenance staff to ensure safe, reliable operation of plant equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate and oversee equipment repairs, preventative maintenance programs, and major maintenance activities.
• Contribute to maintenance planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance, including safety, quality, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while promoting best maintenance practices.
