Role Summary
Oversee and coordinate all sales gallery/ office/ common area facilities/ infrastructures within the township maintenance operations to ensure facilities equipment and township infrastructure are functioning optimally. Uphold safety, cleanliness, and service standards in compliance with Eco World requirements.
Key Outcomes
- Operational Uptime – Ensure all sales gallery/ office/ common area/ overall township infrastructures, facilities, utilities and equipment are well-maintained and functional at all times.
- Maintenance Quality – Uphold quality workmanship in repair and maintenance tasks, complying with safety and SOP standards.
- Team Coordination – Provide effective coordination with internal staff, vendors and contractors.
