As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance activities to meet established operational objectives. You will oversee maintenance processes, technical troubleshooting, and team management to ensure equipment reliability and performance.

• Ensure compliance with preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance plans.
• Supervise maintenance activities to meet operational targets.
• Work with vision systems such as Cognex and Keyence.
• Manage and support robot operations including Staubli, Epson, and Fanuc.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLC Allen Bradley systems.
• Apply basic mechanical and pneumatic knowledge during maintenance activities.
• Interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
• Lead and manage maintenance personnel.
