Responsibilities
- Embed PeMM every day and ensure compliance and self-audits are performed
- Development of an optimised maintenance work plan with defined and documented processes
- Development of appropriate routine maintenance schedules
- Ensure accurate data and document control, ensure all work orders are properly managed through CMMS
- Communicate and train maintenance personnel in the maintenance procedures
- Drive execution of preventive and condition-based maintenance plans
- Integration of maintenance activities with production plans
- Allocate work effectively across shifts to support 24/7 operations
- Forward planning of manpower and materials for planned work and ensuring that those resources are marshalled in readiness
