Responsibilities
- Embed PeMM every day and ensure compliance and self-audits are performed
- Develop an optimised maintenance work plan with defined and documented processes
- Develop appropriate routine maintenance schedules
- Ensure accurate data and document control, ensuring all work orders are properly managed through CMMS
- Communicate and train maintenance personnel in the maintenance procedures
- Drive execution of preventive and condition‑based maintenance plans
- Integrate maintenance activities with production plans
- Allocate work effectively across shifts to support 24/7 operations
- Forward plan manpower and materials for planned work, ensuring resources are marshalled in readiness
- Lead weekly shutdown of maintenance work, addressing duration, priority, skill requirements, spares, special tools, equipment, specialist services, and material requirements
