Position Overview
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager , the Maintenance Supervisor will assist the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance staff, capital projects, repairs, coordination of maintenance work, assist in Development/implementation/performance of the Preventative Maintenance Plans, General Cleaning Plan, and Emergency Response Plan. The role includes processing work order tickets, data entry, assisting in coaching opportunities, and cross-training with staff who may be new to the industry. Prioritization and co‑ordination with the management team.
