Position Overview
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will assist the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance staff, capital projects, repairs, coordination of maintenance work, assist in development/implementation/performance of the Preventative Maintenance Plans, General Cleaning Plan, and Emergency Response Plan. The role includes processing work order tickets, data entry, assisting in coaching opportunities, and cross‑training with staff who may be new to the industry. Prioritization and co‑ordination with the management team.
